If you have an idea to create some art work personal to you, but don’t know where to start or struggle to go through the process on your own, then this is a perfect opportunity for you. This session is the first of the series of workshops aiming to get you planning, setting realistic objectives and producing a personal art project/ body of work. It will gear you up with some tools such as: main composition rules; how to develop your drawing/ painting technique or chose appropriate medium; artistic style and development of your own style; colour manipulations; texture; setting short and long term realistic targets for further improvements. There will be plenty of one to one support and guidance. Group and tutor critic will boost your confidence and encourage you to make steady progress.
Julia Borodina is a Fine Artist trained in Russia and the UK. Her main themes are landscapes and townscapes and has exhibited work at the Annual Exhibition of Royal Society of Painters in Water Colour, the Royal Society of Marine Artists and the Annual Exhibition of Society of Women Artists at the Mall Galleries in London, Royal Society of Birmingham Artists and many other British Galleries. https://www.juliaborodina.co.uk

Terms and conditions: A 50% deposit is required to book a place on any course or workshop with the balance due the week before the start date. In the unlikely event we have to can cel a course or workshop you deposit will be returned to you in full. Should you have to cancel a your place on a workshop ir course, your deposit will be returned to you or transferred too another course if your cancellation is 7 days or more before the commencement of the courses or workshop. If less than 7 days notice is given the deposit is non refundable unless we can fill your place in which case it shall be returned to you.
