Life Drawing Workshop - When: Monday 19th November 2018 - Tutor: Patrick Smith
Time: 10.00am - 4pm - Cost: £50 - Level: All - All materials and refreshments provided

This is a fully taught Life Drawing workshop. Topics covered shall include: how to measure and place model on the the paper, proportions, mark making, lost and found. Patrick will take you through many varied and expressive ways of achieving figure drawing. We will be working with charcoal, ink and feathers working with a professional model. This workshop is suitable for all levels from complete beginners through to more estblisghed practioners, If you are an experienced life drawing  and wish to work independently you are welcome to do so. 

Patrick Smith is an established artist in fine art and printmaking having work in many private collections both nationally and internationally. His practice concentrates on ideas associated with the edge and devices in composition and form. Patrick studied painting and printmaking at Leeds Metropolitan University where he was awarded the William Tier memorial award for Landscapes and Erasmus scholarship to train at the Utrecht School of the Arts in Holland.
